| 3 Han fik sin hytte i Salem, sin bolig på Zion. | 3 In Salem also is his tabernacle, and his dwelling place in Zion. |

| 5 Frygtindgydende er du, mægtigere end de evige-bjerge. | 5 Thou art more glorious and excellent than the mountains of prey. |
| 6 De overmodige blev udplyndret og sank hen i søvn, ingen kriger kunne løfte en hånd. | 6 The stouthearted are spoiled, they have slept their sleep: and none of the men of might have found their hands. |
